Executive data FAQs

How do I find decision makers at a healthcare organization?

Start with the organization's Executive Departments, then filter executives by job title keyword, seniority and department. For example, you can search for a Chief Medical Officer or filter for VP and C-Suite leaders in Information Technology. Decisions often involve several functions, and a title alone does not establish purchasing authority.

Which seniority levels and departments can I filter by?

Seniority levels include Founder, Owner, Partner, C-Suite, Head, VP, Director, Manager, Senior, Entry and Intern. Departments include C-Suite, Finance, Information Technology, Medical & Health, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Human Resources and more, with sub-departments such as Cardiology for more specific searches.

What does Email Quality mean?

Email Quality shows Intent.Health's level of confidence in the accuracy of an executive's work email: High, Moderate or Low. Use it to decide how to prioritize outreach and when to verify an address first.

What is the Contact ID?

The Contact ID is Intent.Health's unique identifier for each executive contact. You can search by it, alongside first name, last name and work email, to find a specific person quickly.

What is the difference between Connected Organizations and Decision Influence?

Connected Organizations shows how many organizations of each type, such as hospitals, IDNs or GPOs, are connected to the executive. Decision Influence lists the specific organizations and facilities associated with the executive, and each one opens its full profile.

What are the four types of executive intent?

Problem Intent shows challenges the executive is researching, such as staff shortages. Solution Intent shows approaches they are exploring, such as workflow automation. Category Intent shows broader areas, such as revenue cycle. Brand Intent shows specific companies or products they are researching.

How is the propensity score calculated?

Propensity Analysis shows the strength of interest across the four intent categories using six measures: volume of intent keywords, recency, signal depth, momentum, organization density and peer benchmarking. Use it to prioritize research, not as a guaranteed purchase signal.

Can Ishi help me plan outreach to an executive?

Yes. Ishi gives an AI-generated summary of the executive and can suggest ways to engage, write an outreach strategy, create a personalized pitch or draft an email, based on the executive's profile data. Review the facts before sending any message.

Can I find executives by what they are researching?

Yes. The Intent Signals filter lets you enter keywords such as cybersecurity, electronic health records or healthcare technology to find executives associated with those topics. Interest in a topic does not confirm a buying decision.

Can I see details about the executive's organization?

Yes. Each executive profile includes the organization's name, ID, address, phone, industry, group employees, group revenue, website and social links, with a link to the full organization profile.
