A group practice is a healthcare organization where multiple physicians or other healthcare professionals provide care under a shared practice. It can include primary care providers, specialists or both, and usually shares staff, facilities and administrative systems.
A single-specialty group brings together providers in one field, such as cardiology or orthopedics. A multi-specialty group includes several specialties, often with primary care, so patients can be referred within the same organization.
Some are physician-owned and independent. Others are owned by or affiliated with hospitals, health systems, IDNs or private equity backed platforms. Network Relationships filters help you see these connections, which can affect who makes purchasing decisions.
Yes. Filter by Has IDN, Has Hospital, Has Health System, Has GPO, Has Home Health, Has Hospice or Has Outpatient Site. In each profile, the Decision Network shows linked organizations with their associated executives and HCPs.
