A company list is a starting point.
Knowing who is attending is useful. Knowing which companies matter to your business, why they fit and what to discuss is what makes the trip worthwhile.
HLTH USA 2026 runs November 15–18 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. Before filling your calendar, decide whether each conversation is about a customer opportunity, a partnership, investment or competitive research. Each requires different preparation.

Companies and organizations to investigate.
These selected examples have publicly announced participation. They are not a complete directory, and booth assignments can change.
Iron Mountain
Its event page emphasizes healthcare and life sciences information management. Investigate where information becomes difficult to access, manage or use.
Participation announcement ↗cliexa
Its announcement discusses clinical intelligence, billing accuracy and behavioral health. Ask which workflow improves and what supports adoption beyond a pilot.
Participation announcement ↗Viz.ai
Its HLTH page emphasizes enterprise care coordination. Explore integration, cross-department workflows and the effort required to expand.
Participation announcement ↗Datavant
The company has published its HLTH participation. Use the meeting to investigate data access, connectivity and operational requirements relevant to your offering.
Participation announcement ↗American Medical Association
Its announced participation includes AI in primary care and digital health implementation. Understand what clinicians need for routine adoption.
Participation announcement ↗Research questions are preparation prompts, not claims about purchasing plans.
Organizations in the speaker lineup
HLTH’s announced lineup includes representatives from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cityblock Health, WHOOP and Thrive Global. Use these as starting points for researching AI, care delivery and consumer health. A speaking appearance does not establish an exhibition booth.

Payers worth researching
HLTH’s payer page lists organizations it says attendees can expect onsite, including Aetna/CVS Health, Centene, Cigna, Elevance Health, Humana, Kaiser Permanente and UnitedHealth Group. Confirm current participation and relevant individuals before requesting meetings.
Identify the business unit and population relevant to your offering. A large payer is not one buying process.
Four market conversations that deserve better questions.
These are our interpretations of published event themes and participant announcements, not predictions of purchasing decisions.
01 / AI needs an implementation story
The AMA’s announced program addresses real-world digital health and AI implementation. cliexa’s event messaging focuses on what comes after documentation and transcription. Prepare to explain who changes their workflow, what the technology needs and how performance is evaluated.
Ask: “What has stopped a successful pilot from becoming routine practice?”

02 / Financial pressure requires a specific business case
HLTH’s payer themes include GLP-1 cost management, Medicaid disruption, value-based care and AI in operations. Start with the customer’s baseline, owner and improvement target instead of a broad promise of efficiency.
Ask: “Which cost or performance issue already has an owner and an improvement target?”
03 / Integration belongs in the first conversation
Viz.ai emphasizes enterprise care coordination in its event messaging; Iron Mountain focuses on the healthcare information lifecycle. Our read: buyers need to understand how a solution fits the systems and processes they already use.
Ask: “What do we keep, what changes and who does the work?”
04 / Partners may be outside your prospect list
The event spans providers, payers, employers, investors, life sciences and technology. Keep a separate partner shortlist. A company that will never purchase directly could still support distribution, implementation or a complementary offering.
Ask: “Where would a joint approach create a better customer outcome?”
Watch the market moves, not just the booth size.
Document changes in positioning, integrations, customer evidence, partnerships and participation across related events. Capture the source and date, then separate the announcement from your interpretation.
A competitor appearing at several payer-focused events may suggest sustained interest in that segment. Pair that observation with product messaging and partnership announcements before drawing a conclusion.
A booth is evidence of participation. It is not evidence of a funded project or successful strategy.
Build a plan your team can act on.
For each account, identify the problem, relevant people and buying relationships. Depending on the purchase, a facility may connect to a health system, IDN, GPO, corporate owner or FQHC administrative structure. A clinical champion may support adoption while another team controls contracting.
Do not assume the person attending can approve a purchase. Find out how they participate in the decision.
“I saw your team is participating in HLTH. We work on [specific problem] for [relevant organization type]. Is that something your team is reviewing, or would another colleague be better placed for a brief conversation?”
During the meeting, agree on one useful next step: an introduction, requirements discussion, evidence exchange or follow-up with the right people. Record an owner and date.

Context makes it useful.
Use Intent.Health to monitor healthcare events, companies attending or exhibiting at these events, and to look up executives and HCPs from participating companies.
- Start with an event: follow relevant events and explore the associated companies.
- Start with an account: look up a prospect or competitor and research its event participation.
- Find relevant people: explore executives, HCPs and affiliations within the available company intelligence.
- Prepare the conversation: add Decision Network, intent, propensity and Ishi contextual intelligence.
Company participation and an individual’s affiliation do not establish that the individual will be onsite. Confirm availability directly.
