We are looking for a Customer Growth Advisor to help prospects and customers successfully navigate the platform through demos, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing customer guidance.

This is not a traditional sales role.

This role is about:

Role Overview

As a Customer Growth Advisor, you will:

  • conduct live product demonstrations,
  • onboard new customers,
  • guide teams on how to use healthcare intent intelligence effectively,
  • support customer adoption,
  • and help customers translate signals into pipeline and revenue opportunities.

You will work closely with:

  • GTM teams,
  • healthcare marketers,
  • recruiters,
  • RevOps leaders,
  • founders,
  • and healthcare commercial teams.

You are not expected to “hard sell.”
You are expected to:

  • educate,
  • guide,
  • simplify complexity,
  • and help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct live demos for prospective customers
  • Explain Intent.Health’s healthcare ecosystem mapping and decision intelligence capabilities
  • Translate complex healthcare structures into easy-to-understand workflows
  • Customize demos based on customer use cases and verticals

Customer Onboarding

  • Onboard new customers onto the platform
  • Assist customers with setup, workflows, filters, searches, and platform navigation
  • Ensure successful first-value realization during onboarding
  • Train users on how to operationalize intent signals

Customer Enablement

Guide customers on:

  • account targeting,
  • decision network mapping,
  • stakeholder identification,
  • intent interpretation,
  • and GTM prioritization
  • Help customers align platform usage with their business goals

Customer Success & Retention

  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct check-ins and adoption reviews
  • Identify usage gaps and recommend workflow improvements
  • Help increase platform engagement and expansion opportunities

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with:

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Comfort conducting live demos over Zoom/Google Meet
  • Strong curiosity around healthcare, AI, GTM, or SaaS
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Confidence interacting with senior decision-makers

Good To Have

Experience in:

  • SaaS,
  • healthcare,
  • customer success,
  • onboarding,
  • RevOps,
  • sales enablement,
  • or GTM operations
  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales intelligence, or healthcare commercial workflows
  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystem structures is a plus
